Bunker
How to play Bunker
A short guide for your first game night. One phone, 4–12 players and fewer shelter places than people.
1Set up the game
Choose the number of players and shelter places. All character traits start hidden. Read the disaster story and shelter conditions aloud.
2Play the first round
Take the phone, read your dossier and choose the required number of any hidden cards. Change your selection before confirming. Confirmed cards become public; the others stay secret.
3Discuss revealed traits
After every remaining player has taken a turn, hold a group council. Ask questions, compare characters and explain why the group needs yours. Timers are optional and started manually.
4Vote in secret
In a regular round, each remaining player votes to expel someone. You cannot vote for yourself. Confirm before passing the phone. After everyone votes, totals appear without voter names.
5Resolve a tie
The same voters vote again, choosing only among the tied candidates. A second tie is resolved by a random draw. The expelled player gets a final word.
6Reach the final
When the number of remaining players equals the shelter capacity, the shelter closes. Special final: with one place and two finalists, eliminated players form a jury and vote to save one finalist. Finalists do not vote.
Hide the private screen before passing the phone. Character names and cards stay on the device. Do not record private cards or votes without permission.
